Being the only native Spanish speaker here, I can honestly say FUCK NO. The amount of knowledge learned from that amount of schooling does help, but you still need practice.

That, and the Spanish spoken by almost all people with Mexican ancestry in the US of A is incorrect and often filled with grammatical errors. Think ebonics, but in Spanish. So even if you learn that particular dialect, you'll still be treated like a Gringo if you come down here. ;)
