First off, I wish to thank Taskforce for all the fine work he did to transfer these features to the new domains.

I also wish to thank our new webhost, EMUX, and other individuals who offered or discussed the matter of hosting webspace for the CTC, Magic Destiny, and the Ranma Team.

We had several options, but in the end both Taskforce and I agreed that the work we do, which is creating English patches for Japanese videogames heretofore unplayable in English, was much more important than working our buns off to produce new webpages that are considered snazzy, or up-to-date with all of the lastest whistles and bells.

Indeed, the whole idea behind the CTC has always been to maintain a simple tool that streamlines communications between parties who are interested in doing this type of work as a nonprofit hobby, sometimes sharing resources, offering and soliciting support, and certainly sharing the fun and results.

Accordingly, with time always a premium, our preponderent efforts have gone into the work itself, not updating or tweaking websites. We do not care, quite frankly, if someone is unimpressed with the appearance and layouts of these vehicles. We know that the people who consider our work meaningful will find us, download the patches and - if they are like I - be so anxious to run off and play the games, they will hardly notice the websites!

Thus, CTC will live on under our new domains. Although we have contracted, somewhat, in size and quantity of active members working on translations, Taskforce, Akujin, Bongo`, Draken, I, and several others will continue to truck on with those pending projects (including a suprise that Taskforce may announce later).

We have been around a few years now (don't know how many, precisely, as it's not important), and our doors remain open to kindred souls who wish to fill needs on project teams, or simply prefer to link their dedicated, independent translation sites on our CTC home page.

Finally, many, many thanks to our previous fine webhosts who have given us years of service, allowed us to be totally autonomous in the management of our webpages, and have been fun to socialize with as well....

Postman77, thank you! And most recently, Randy S. Thank you guys, both! And thank you again, EMUX, for carrying us into the future.
